Bestfriend/Room-mate and the dick at work
My best friend and I have been living together for almost a year, but I'm moving out this weekend. He's had a hard time lately and it is taking a toll on everyone around him. Our friendship at times was put to the test but we worked through it.
So I've been wanting to spend some time with him before I take off. Yesterday we sat outside for a bit taking shots at the bell with the bb-gun, talking about relationship issues, and then watched 300.
In the begining a messanger from the Persians comes along asking the Spartan King to submit to Xerxes. The King kills the messanger. You aren't supposed to do this the messanger told him. I agree with both. The King had the right to take the guy out, Xerxes was foolish to think he could go up against the Spartans, but there is a respect that goes along with being an envoy. I am just a temp still, I do what task I am given and making my life difficult is usually a bad idea unless you're my boss. I have been given the position of gatekeeper at work and assign materials to be reviewed based on what materials the reviewers are familiar with and who is here. So when Person A is gone, and Person B is out I will bring said material to Person C and if that prick wants to tell me "no" because it's not in the online archiving system when there are still people who do not have training and cannot submit it that way I just want to turn the tables and kick him in the chest knocking him down a bottomless hole in slow motion like badass Leonidas.

I am only shouting at you and franticly pointing out the roadsigns because you either have never seen them before or are stupid. It's not roadrage. It's a deep seated hate for people who don't get up to speed on the onramp and try to merge into me (according to my girlfriend I am a magnet for idiot drivers, three, count them, one two three people tried to occupy the same place at the same time as me on the last trip north).
Ran out the door today from the girlfriend's place and almost got out of the valley before I realized I was missing my wallet. So I flip a bitch and pick it up, utter a quick "I love you, I'm going to miss the bus" and run out the door. Long story short, I made the bus barely, the world conspired against me to miss it but once again I made it.
I forgot my phone in the car though, that will drive me crazy all day.

I am moving to Burlington soon with my girlfriend. My son recently left to live with his mother while he goes to school, I see him on the weekends now. No longer playing Duris though once in a while Link and I kick it with Midna and run around the fields of Hyrule with Epona (Yes I couldn't think of a better name).
I took off a large amount of older comments, I'll be using that area as more of an interesting linklist.
Rock on people. I'd say you could expect some more updates but that might not be the truth, so tune in if ya want to every once in a while.

You got 10 mins blog... maybe 15
Yeah, it's been fun. Workin' alot. Paid off the credit card, again. Still got tons of cash to blow on shit, not sure what first. I'll probably pick up the newest season on Inuyasha, that'll be fun to watch with the boy. He's comin' up on five in a couple months. His mom believes him ready for kindergarten or is just not thinking of the longterm (that wouldn't be a first, folks). All I hear is keep him another year. That he'll be less mature than all his classmates throughout school. Well, I got plans for that kid and being immature isn't in there. I guess I'm just more hopefull I can figure out a way to coach that. I figure in spite of my best efforts and worst failures he'll turn out just fine. Between his mom and I raising him he's bound to figure it out. Aside from that... D picked me out a pair of Nikes. I've been wearing them with just about everything and since they're 4E my feet fit in them well. I've been sprinting between places instead of walking. No, I'm not always that late for the bus. "Doesn't anyone ever check the scheduele?" asked the bus driver as he stepped off the bus. "Yeah, am I late?" I replied. "Nah, you still got 5 mins," the smaller guy in his mid-forties said. "Folks are always running for the bus, here comes one now." I had a nice little nap in the back of that bus on the way to my car. Seven mins left blog! Haven't been on duris much lately. It all turned to hell after I got this real close frag but the server went down and they went up on another server with a game save from earlier that day. You can still see the frag here. I was pwned but we still killed him. Alright I wasted time, see ya. Hopefully the edit button will stay up, I find it so difficult to hit the main page and login to write. Yeah i'm a lazy retard sometimes.

Working hard means I get to party hard
Story time!! So I'm sitting at home last night, and I get a text message "I'm drunk at the shanty" Now earlier I had sent out an email that I had lost my phone and all the numbers so I had no idea who it was. I had a pretty good idea though. I went down there and Kristen, Kristen, Katie, Shae, Julia, and Terese (friends of mine that graduated a year below) were all in town having girl's night out and needed a guy there since 1. they walked down there and 2. there were creepy guys everywhere. I had to agree, there was this camo wearing hispancis that would not stop standing right by them and staring at them all night. It was a fun time and at the end of the night I piled them all into my car and dropped them off at home. It was really nice to catch up with them. This was after my Friday of doom. 8 hour of $13 an hour. SThen 4 hours of $20 an hour delivering pizza. Woot!

...and it was everything I could ever hope for. The first delivery was up on the Ridge. I made it to the house alright, got my 4 dollar tip and then promptly got lost on my way back to the store. The next delivery was on the Ridge also, as well as being a double delivery, after getting my 4 dollar tip from both places I then got lost again. The next one was across town and down this gravel road, found it perfectly. The next one at a truck stop inn the next town over, again, no problems. Then I got to make dough balls.
You know, sometimes in life it really is the little things that make it swell. I got to meet new people, drive my car, and deliver people food. Hey, you know, makin' $7.93 min. wage an hour, on top of tips and all that isn't so bad. I think I made like $80 tonight.
and...
THE SEAHAWKS WON!! Woot.

When I get a job, this'll be the background at my old one..
 Cyanide & Happiness @ Explosm.net
So I start work at 4pm this fine Saturday. Yes, I will be delivering pizzas!!! I did have a great job as a Warehouse Manager but since the business is doing poorly my hours were cut in half. If that weren't enough the boss's wife is giving me grief about my poor attitude. Yes ma'am, I do have a problem with you and your constant need to second check my work.
Oh yeah, it's always really cold there too.
On the brighter side, I just fragged Nok the Monk on Duris. Here's to you, Nok, thanks for the feed on Halfling Music Machine, I really appreciate it, now I can stay logged off for a few days.
Not really any women in my life currently. An ex-gf moved into town and we hung out a couple times but she's flakey. She's so flakey she makes snow flakes look... unflakey. Just go with it.
Rock on people.
